Is your iToggler connected correctly?

 

Please make sure that your telephone line phone jack is connected to the iToggler and iToggler is connected to your telephone set.

Is the LED Indicator turned on?
 

LED Indicator turns on whenever iToggler is programming, and turns off when the phone hangs up or the call is through.

Please make your LED turns on while you programming.
Why am I not able to program the access number?
 

Please make sure you follow the steps:

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then

Enter: *01*1*access number ** (~du sound. Hang up)

A single ~du sound means the command entered is good, but a double “~du ~du” sound means the command entered is bad/ rejected.

Why am I not able to program the PIN number?

 

Please make sure you follow the steps:

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then
Enter: *02*1*1*PIN number#** (~du sound. Hang up) - For english language.

OR

Enter: *02*1*2*PIN number#** (~du sound. Hang up) - For spanish language.

A single ~du sound means the command entered is good, but a double “~du ~du” sound means the command entered is bad/ rejected.

I am not sure if I program correct or not, how do I reset iToggler?

 

To reset the iToggler for factory default value,

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then
Enter: *0*** (~du sound. Hang up)

How do I delete service provider from iToggler?

 

To delete a service provider from iToggler,

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then
Enter: *01*1** (~du sound. Hang up)

If you have programmed two different service provider and wants to remove the second provider,

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then
Enter: *01*2** (~du sound. Hang up)

My iToggler is connected through an extension of PABX. How do I program outgoing number?

 
If the iToggler is connected through an extension of PABX, in order to get an outgoing line, you must enter a certain prefix number first before dial tone is heard then:

Log into iToggler: Enter: ***9999 then
Enter: *09*Prefix** (~du sound. Hang up)
Do you enter the correct phone number?
 
For calls to U.S. and Canada, dial 1 + area code + number.

For international call, dial 011 + country code + city code + number.
